SUBSEROSAL FIBROIDS TREATMENT AND REMOVAL INFORMATION

THESE FIBROIDS are also called as SUBSEROUS FIBROIDS

Subserosal fibroids develop on the outside of the uterus and usually have the least symptoms.

Subserous fibroids can become pedunculated as they grow, meaning they can develop a stalk.

These fibroids can 'reach out' to other organs and gaining additional blood supply's.

Some Amazing Information can be found about SUBSEROSAL FIBROID Here:

The cause of fibroids has not been determined but most fibroids develop in women during their reproductive years. Fibroids need a rich blood supply and estrogen to grow.

ANATOMY

Once menopause has begun, fibroids generally stop growing and can begin to shrink due to the loss of estrogen.

It is estimated that 20 to 30 percent of women have fibroids but this maybe higher. Many women do have symptoms and may not know that they have fibroids.

Differences between Subserosal & Submucous Fibroids
This kind of fibroid ones are only developed outside uterus while Submucous Fibroids are developed within the uterus
Fibroids which are subserosal are not harmful and might not be painful while Submucous fibroids can cause many harmful problems as they penetrate into uterine cavity and lead to serious uterine disorders
This  Fibroids are rare Fibroids occured in uterus while Intramural fibroids are most common fibroids found inside uterus.
No External Symptoms are shown for development of Fibroids while symptoms such as painful bleeding during menstruation , frequent urination etc might be observed with other Fibroid types.
Finally , Sub-Serosal Fibroids are very rarely occured in women's uterus and most commonly developed during pregnancy stages .

REMOVAL :

Since these Fibroids Do not show any external symptoms it is quite advised that you have frequent check ups from your concerned gynecologist .

Removing these kind of fibroids from the uterus requires a Myomectomy surgery as similar to removal of other uterine fibroids inside a pregnant women.

The pregnant women has to undergo a 1 day laproscopic observation and the gynaecologist determines the need of surgery depending upon the size and measurements of this type of fibroids within the women's uterus.

If the fibroids are found to be smaller , the gynaecologist suggests for alternative ways of fibroid removal like shrinking fibroids or doing exercises that would shrink them.
