Various Fertility Hormones for Women Explained in Detail

A WELL EXPLAINED GUIDE ABOUT FERTILITY HORMONES FOR WOMEN

Fertility hormones  plays a major role in their female reproductive system.

Ovulation and menstruation are a part of the monthly menstrual cycle of women and are controlled and regulated by the different fertility hormones present in the body. An imbalance in the hormone levels can disrupt ovulation and menstruation and ultimately affect the fertility factor in women. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor every hormone and check for the decline in their levels.

What is difference between normal ones and fertility ones?

A hormone is a chemical messenger of the body. It carries messages from one organ (where it is produced) to another organ communicating the message and bringing about the necessary change. The body produces different types of hormones that each control different processes within the body.

The fertility hormone is the hormone concerned with the reproductive system of the body and there are 7 main  hormones.

They are produced and secreted at different times during the menstrual cycle and during pregnancy.

What are the Various Hormones for Women Available to increase their fertility?

  • Progesterone, Estrogen and Testosterone
Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone are the basic fertility hormones and are also called steroids. At the end of every monthly cycle, the levels of estrogen and progesterone fall. The decline activates the hypothalamus which then stimulates the pituitary gland to release the ovulation hormone- FSH and LH.
progesterone is major fertility hormones for women
PROGESTERONE PILLS
Estrogen dominates in the period before ovulation while progesterone also called pregnancy hormone dominates after ovulation. The Corpus Luteum develops from the ruptured one and secrets and boosts progesterone and estrogen. Together the two hormones prepare the uterus and line it to receive the egg where it can be fertilized with the help of the sperm. Testosterone is actually the male hormone but, is produced in small amounts in the ovaries. It boosts female libido.
  • Follicle Stimulating Hormones (FSH), Luteinizing Hormones (LH), Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG)
FSH and LH are the hormones secreted by the pituitary gland or fertility gland that trigger the process of ovulation. FSH enables the ovaries to produce the egg cell or ovum while LH helps mature the egg cell and release it from the ovary. Also regarded as conception hormone, they determine the fertility factor in women. The other hormone is the hCG that is released by the developing embryo during pregnancy
  • Prolactin
This  hormone is produced by the pituitary gland. In addition to stimulating milk production, it affects ovulation and menstruation. Excess Prolactin in the blood can make this hormone act as the infertility hormone as it blocks ovulation by arresting the release of the ovulation hormone FSH
.
HOW TO GET THIS HORMONES GENERATED IN YOUR BODY?

You can buy hormones pills with the names of above mentioned hormones , They are expensive but you need to afford for them if you really want to increase your fertility rate and get pregnant very soon.

As seen above, every  hormone performs a specific function mostly increasing your fertility. Abnormal hormonal levels and other physical conditions in the body such as ovarian cysts, tumors and scars cause infertility in women. There are several oral and injectable fertility drugs available that help women deal with the problem of infertility. However, women should first undertake fertility hormone tests

There are different tests to test different them. Also, though medication helps restore fertility, don’t forget to check the fertility hormone side effects when taking fertility drugs.

Monitoring the fertility hormones levels is important for women who want to become pregnant. It also acts as a fertility birth control measure as women who want to put off pregnancy for a later period can measure the  levels to determine the most fertile period in their menstrual cycle and avoid sexual intercourse.
